By creating an account or using Avize ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Avize is an AI-powered website builder platform that allows agencies and freelancers to generate, edit, and publish websites for their clients. Core features include AI content generation (powered by Anthropic's Claude), a visual builder, preview links, and site publishing.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free plan: includes 1 AI-generated website. Additional sites require a paid subscription.
Pro plan: $20/month — 10 AI generations and up to 200 lead searches per month. Agency plan: $50/month — 30 AI generations and 500 lead searches per month.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Avize to:

Generate or publish illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Avize systems or other users' accounts.
Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or stress-test the Service.
Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Avize uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate website content based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in your prompts.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to Avize.
AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided to you for use in your projects.
Avize retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding.
Stock images sourced from Unsplash are subject to the Unsplash License.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avize and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
